I currently teach Jeet Kune Do, Grappling, Muay Thai, Savate, and Kali at my school in Hemet, CA.  I also judge many UFC and King of the Cage events.  I am excited to be a part of mixed martial arts as it grows in popularity.  I started this blog to share my knowledge, ideas and resources with others who are interested in MMA and especially those who plan to fight in the cage.
